A written communication to the employee setting out the issue (s) A hearing to discuss the issue (s) A disciplinary decision. A process to appeal this decision. WebbGather evidence; take statements, get copies of any written evidence such as emails, internal documents, correspondence, text messages. Prepare an agenda for the meeting.
