These units are generally staffed by appropriately trained nursing staff who can assess, treat and discharge minor injuries. Within Aberdeenshire, nurses undertake the Minor Injuries Management course at Robert Gordon University (RGU). WebCare for Minor Injuries is provided by the Royal Gwent Hospital's Minor Injury Unit, which is run by our Emergency Nurse Practitioners. Emergency Nurse Practitioners are experienced Clinical Professionals who specialise in the management of Minor Injuries.
