There's tons of gas, and it has been running great and starting without issue since the install. The fuel pump is definitely running, so I have no idea why all of a sudden it won't start. Only thing I can think is that something in the ignition, unrelated to the Fitech install may have crapped out.

Most likely you are not getting a good +12V to the unit. The ECU doesn't respond well to a weak electrical system. Be sure you have +12V at start and more once the alternator kicks in.
